I think this poster is a better version of my last poster.

What do you think?

BRMCo.

Go see Ben Ripani Music Co. on the 29th.

I don’t know which version I like more.. How about you?

My buddy Frank Green plays guitar for Greg Gibson.

They are playing a show w/ Rio Peligroso on June 3rd in San Diego…

Frank and I made this poster.  Fun stuff!

I saw this great Japanese style pattern and I had to recreate it in Illustrator.

Ben Ripani has a solo show on Mar. 13. at Sheffields in River Grove.

He asked for a poster which is more geared

toward a solo performance.

This is what I made.

This is a small sample of one image for the

childrens book I am illustrating.  It is called J Is For Jazz

and it was written by Tom Kiebzak.

Gray Ghosts out of San Diego asked me to design a gig poster..

I love the colors in this one.

I was asked to design a CD to be sent to radio stations all over the country.

This is what I came up with.

It was printed on the CD and put in a clear envelope to save the band money.

Thanks for the constant supply of work Ben.

P.S.  check out these songs on the Ben Ripani Music Co. MySpace page.

Double Door

My latest commission.

Hi, my name is Joe.

Here is to the first post on my new blog.. (I’m holding my coffee up to cheers you.)

I am creating this blog to advertise my design services.

I enjoy creating things and love helping people out.  I figured I could do both here.

People have hired me to design their logos, business cards, gig posters for bands, CD covers,

children’s book illustration, Tshirts, stickers, flyers, holiday cards, and more.

I can create things many different ways;  pencil/paper, Photoshop, Illustrator,

carving out of a block, watercolor, acrylic, silk screen, stencils, ink, spray paint,

whatever else I can get my hands on.

I can’t wait for summer so I can start painting in the garage again.

I can also create custom abstract paintings for you.

I own a Tshirt company also, Tshirtsforhumans.com , Check it out.

(My old blog is shinymetalthing.blogspot.com if you’re interested.)
